Mostly about HR stuff, but I also deviate into Gen X topics and even a sports post or two.

I love to connect people and I am addicted to networking both online and in the physical world. I like to listen to the stories of the Human Condition, however happy or sad or odd. Especially the odd. Things that make me scratch my head and cock it sideways will always get my motor running. I am earnest and straight forward when it comes to my opinion and I like the same in return. If you waffle and fence-sit, we probably won’t have all that much to talk about.

I have a wonderful wife who finds it in her heart to tolerate my oddness and we are blessed with the 2 best kids on the planet (except for your kids who I assume are the best also). We live in Des Moines, Iowa where we try to support as much local produce, music, and retail as we can without being smug and without putting up with crappy stuff.
