Personal Vision

My name is Ben Stone and I started RPO Consulting LLC because it is my personal belief that there is a better way for organizations and people to interact. After being a hiring manager and supervisor for most of the past 25 years and then performing contingency recruiting for the last few years, it has become clear to me that the relationships between organizations and people are crucial for success. The consultation service I offer will address these relationships. I believe in:

Business Vision

If an organization has one employee, or 25, or 250, those people need to be hired well and provided consistent and “human” HR support. The manner in which your employees are brought into the group will set the tone for that person’s tenure with your organization. The HR support you provide to your employees once they join the team will determine their attitudes towards you as an employer. Do these things right and you have a good chance at developing positive and productive long term relationships. Do it wrong and you have a mess in any number of ways. Our services:

Community Vision

We’re all a part of various communities in our professional and personal endeavors. I think that for those communities to thrive, the members of those communities need to contribute time, resources, and most importantly action. Both virtual and physical communities are playing a larger part of business life and I feel obligated and honored to offer what I can to:
